Each slip is fully equipped with essential utilities, including water, reliable, 50 or 100 AMP shore power, wifi access, remote camera access and convenient pump-out station at your slip and lighting for safety and ambiance. For your ultimate convenience, you can park your vehicle directly in front of your boat, making loading and unloading provisions and gear an effortless experience.

To further enhance your ownership, Cypress Island Marina permits the installation of personal boat lifts. Adding a lift is an excellent way to protect your vessel's hull and streamline your maintenance routine. To ensure the safety and aesthetic integrity of our community, all boat lift plans must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors prior to installation.
