Q: Where is Cypress Island Marina located?

A: Cypress Island Marina is a private, gated community located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Our address is 2775 Cypress Island Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. We are situated in a protected "hurricane hole," offering excellent protection for your vessel.

 

Q: What slip sizes are available at the marina?

A: Our marina accommodates a variety of vessel sizes with privately owned slips of 40, 50, 60, 70, and 100 feet.

 

Q: What amenities are included with each slip?

A: Every slip at Cypress Island Marina is equipped with robust concrete docks, a solid concrete seawall, and oversized, secure wood pilings. Additionally, each slip includes:

• 30, 50 & 100 AMP shore power

• WIFI access optional 

• Camera live view of your vessel optional 

• A dedicated pump-out station at your slip 

• Convenient parking near your vessel

 

Q: Are the slips for rent or for sale?

A: Cypress Island Marina consists of privately owned slips. From time to time, slip owners may offer their slips for sale or for rent. We recommend checking real estate listings for Cypress Island Marina Condo or contacting us for any known availability.

 

Q: What facilities are available to slip owners?

A: Our marina office features men's and women's restrooms with showers, as well as a coin-operated laundry service. For a nominal fee, slip owners can also gain access to the neighboring community's swimming pool.

 

Q: Can I have fuel delivered to my boat?

A: Yes, we allow fuel trucks to deliver fuel dockside, directly to your vessel. This offers a significant cost saving compared to fueling up at a waterside marina.

 

Q: Can I install a boat lift in my slip?

A: Yes, slip owners are permitted to install a personal boat lift. However, all boat lift plans must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors before installation can begin to ensure the safety and integrity of our marina.

 

Q: Is the marina secure?

A: Absolutely. Cypress Island Marina is a gated community, providing a secure and private environment for our slip owners and their vessels.
