Our gated community is located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and it sits in a protected "hurrican hole".  Your slip is located directly in front of your parking spot.  Each slip is cable ready when activated. Each slip has 50 Amp and 30 Amp dockside power and comes with it's own pump out station.   In addition,  fuel trucks can deliver dockside on property to fuel your vessel,  giving you a significant annual savings from going to a waterside marina to fill up.

Cypress Island Marina does not allow Live Aboard!

 

The Marina office has both His and Hers bathrooms, with showers, and coin operated wash service.

 

With the recent addition of the neighboring community pool , for a nominal fee, you can join and have full use of the pool.
